Activity 1, zone 1: delegation audit
In your pair, 11 minutes. One sticky per item you did last sprint that someone else could do 80 percent as well. Place each sticky in the zone of the honest reason you did not hand it off. Challenge: is the reason about the work, or about you?

Activity 1, zone 2: TRM check
Last 4 minutes of the audit. Pick up to 3 handoff candidates from zone 1. On a sticky next to each scale, write the task and the person. Then drop a dot on their TRM for this specific task: L (low) gets structure, M (medium) gets coaching, H (high) gets goals only.

In your pair, 13 minutes. Pick one initiative you need support on right now. Write the 2-sentence summary you would use with your manager's manager, one sticky per sentence. Partner challenge: would a busy executive keep reading after sentence one?

where things stand, and what broke or changed. Do not spend the sentence on background.

Postmortem one dead proposal against the who-then-why order: did they buy you, or just hear the idea? Counts as done: both lists submitted by Thursday 6:00 PM. No artifact means not done.
