Case 1: the migration two teams refuse to adopt
Activity 1 (prepare your camp), 10 minutes in your camp room. The case was read live; build only from the case text. Laws in tension: Influence, Buy-In, Timing. One sticky per argument in your camp's zone: your opening plus your best evidence. Challenge: what is the other camp's strongest attack on you?
